Below you will see a few new experiments. It turns out, carving letters with a wood burning tool, is not as easy as it looks. So the lettering is a work in progress. However, I will dominate it soon.

Above: As seen in an earlier post, there were large (Normal sized) Pegs. Here are the medium sized pegs. You can have any design or word you want. They have VERY strong magnets and can hold photos and many pages or whatever you wish.

They come in packs of 5's &  10's. (Unless ordered.)

Above: Just a fun experiment with water colours. Turned out to look like tie dye. Any Free spirits out there? Let me know what you think. I can do peace signs, VW Vans, The list goes on and the limit is your imagination.

While we have our issues, as every other country does, it may seem impossible to sort out our problems, but if one man can do it, why cant we? Viva South Africa.

1. Art

For as long as I can remember, I have had a PASSION for art and all creative bits and bobs. It is simple. It runs through my veins.  So, below are a few pictures from my portfolio.

All of the above: My best piece. I incorporated 2 of my passions: Art and Dance. I danced on the page to create the journey dance and art have taken me on. The Dandelion seeds at the end turn into dancers. The whole piece was created with my feet and finger painting with a charcoal overlay. One of my Dandiest creations yet.

Another passion I have, is a passion for words. While writing is not one of my talents, Quotes have a way of speaking to me. They become more than words written down, they become a way of life. I collect many quotes and each time I find one that tickles my soul, I shall share it with you. 

 Having studied Art at school, we often came across the one and only, Vincent Van Gogh. This is one of my favorite quotes and I couldn't agree with him more. 

We so often have Goals and Dreams yet we do not always follow them. We often set goals and dreams that seem to be impossible and beyond our universe and completely out of our reach but when we look back, we often find that our worst enemy to following our dreams is self-doubt. Which is why I shared the quote below. 

This is just beautifully thought provoking.

Meraki. Every art work, dance or song I do, I do with love and put my heart and soul into each piece. What is the point of doing something if there is no soul, creativity or love behind it?

Please forgive me, I am completely new to blogging and I am completely winging this. I have decided to blog about my Passions and things in life that I am passionate about. I have three passions that drive everyone I know up the wall. However, They are what makes me, Me. 

As Albert Einstein once said "I have no special gift. I am only passionately curious."  

And I am passionately curious about many things in life, as there are so many things to be curious about but the 3 things that I could not live without are: Art, Dance and Music.
